Corvalent Announces Strategic Relocation

MORGAN HILL, California (7/28/08) ---- CORVALENT Corporation, an Embedded Industrial Computing Solutions provider, announced today the decision to relocate its Silicon Valley Headquarters to Cedar Park, Texas. The planned move is scheduled to occur at the beginning of 2009.
After a year of careful deliberation, the Board of Directors concluded that out of four cities under consideration, Cedar Park will provide the ideal base for CORVALENT's aggressive growth path. "Cedar Park and the Great Austin offer one of the highest quality and most capable technical work force expertise in the country. Central Texas also happens to provide some of the best fundamentals for conducting business in the United States" said Ed Trevis, President and CEO. The central location is also expected to enable CORVALENT to strengthen ties with strategic partners, foster nationwide market access and facilitate even higher level of personalized customer support.
