This system is about finding the balance between power, expansion and small size. A short 2U, rack mount housing, measuring only 17.7” or 20.1” deep, this system makes use of our powerful Q57MXE motherboard, powered by the Intel® Xeon™ processor, which gives you the horsepower to handle almost any server class task. Well suited for mobile applications, small racks with reduced available depth, or any environment where a compact, powerful system, with strong internal storage may be required. The (3) internal fans mounted toward the front of the chassis, provide excellent airflow, while minimizing acoustic noise levels when compared to similar sized housings.

Options include: external hot swap 2.5” drives, or with the 20-A housing, an open 5.25” bay, while still providing an available slim optical drive. We can also re-configure the (3) internal 3.5” drive bays, to accommodate (6) 2.5” drives, allowing for a variety of RAID configurations, using the Q57MXE built-in hardware 0/1, or Matrix Storage RAID 0/1/5/10 capabilities.
